Our Journy this far ….
CSB was incepted in 2005.
Through the past over two decades, CSB Solutions Pvt Ltd., has been active in business of developing cost-effective customized solutions for processing of Mined Ore, Minerals and Quarry products. CSB has been actively involved in pioneering application of Mobile Crushing-Screening Plants in India – directly selling close to 550 plus Mobile Units of various Makes, primarily in India, and also in Africa, Gulf, China, South East Asia and Latin America. Since our first installation in 2003 in Indian Mining Industry – we established ourselves as one of the pioneer in use of Mobile Crushing Screening Plants for production of High Grade C-Ore as well as for Low Grade Fines in Iron Ore to specific requirement for Steel and Pig iron productions.
During this period, while Mobile Plants in Mining were at their conceptual stage globally, CSB made strong inroads with Mobile on Track Crushing Plants for both Lump Ore and Fines Iron Ore production using various combinations and configurations depending on ore quality to isolate natural & crushed fractions and offer customized blending solutions. One of the major reasons for this success have been our close engagements with the customers to develop new applications and customizing the equipment for Local Operation demands and off course always remaining close to customers for an extremely proactive Service and Spares needs specially with these Newer Machines introduced for the first time at that point of time.
Promoted by Industry specialists with considerable Global experience and a team of dedicated professionals – A significant part of our expertise comprised of using strong application knowledge to customize equipment for efficient and successful operation in the high ambient, high dust condition and/ or wet sticky situations with local operators and suiting local preferences / methods. We continuously develop and upgrade this knowledge and this enormous experience to usher in updated methods, upgraded processes and the stricter statutory emission norms in the Mining, Quarrying Industry for Crushing, Screening, Ore beneficiation, Recycling, Waste Management, Bulk Material Loading, Stockpiling, Dust Control etc.

During these long years CSB closely worked with Extec Screens and Crushers of UK since 2003 and subsequently with Sandvik to pioneer the concept and together exclusively created one of the largest and most preferred Mobile Crushing Screening Plants Brand customized for Indian applications in Mining – Iron Ore, Coal, Bauxite, Limestone and Aggregates; combining the technical knowledge and experience of CSB’s Team and our Partners – We successfully developed new concepts and applications specializing in self-contained, self-propelled optimally sized Mobile Crushing – Screening – Handling – Loading customized plants in India primarily besides in many parts globally.
Just around Covid and through the epidemic … with the growing global concern for our nature, CSB once again took lead to bring in environment friendly Mobile Hybrid Plants in India for the first time and took the initiative to bring in Keestrack N.V., of Belgium and setup Indian Manufacturing Factory and Business. Working directly with Keestrack’s Management team – CSB hosted Keestrack Operation from it’s offices for the initial years, Purchased and Imported No of Keestrack units to introduce and create Footprints of Hybrid Machines in India / Gulf / Africa. CSB also introduced Etrack – ‘e’ branded new products in a new country from a new factory; Once again CSB created another success story with CSB’s founder & promoter, Mr Swapan Das, using his experience of the market and business, as the First Managing Director of Etrack, undertook the planning, designing and construction of the Etrack Factory as well as customizing the Keestrack’s product range to suit the Local Material – for both Construction & Mining Industries. He also helped creating the local supply chain, built the team at all levels and guided the company through the initial years of Start up and launching the new products as in charge of India operation before himself deciding to leave in order to focus on new CSB challenges. During the first 3 years of Etrack … CSB alone bought almost 60% of the total manufactured Mobile Plants from Etrack Factory.
Our objective and way forward ….
Encompassing all our experiences, knowledge in Application Engg, Sales, Service, Introducing new Products/ Concepts together with setting up Factories and Businesses – we at CSB are in process of developing customised innovative, practical and cost-effective Mobile Machines and accessories in environment friendly formats to complement our offerings for our customers making them more relevant and efficient. The large segment of our existing Markets and customers in India, Gulf & Africa and a pan India infrastructure with specialized trained human resource drives this objective. For this we have put together our in-house infrastructure of assembly, design and engineering supported by a number of our locally developed partners / associates.
CSB is headquartered in Delhi NCR area and have branch offices at Odisha, Goa, Karnataka in East, West and Southern parts of India. Each location has dedicated regional infrastructure with application and Service Engineers and local warehouse
Together, we aim to create optimal customized configurations with efficient ancillaries adopting the most advanced Machines and Technology in business to offer our customers a comprehensive, technologically advanced and relevant solution from Concept to Equipment to Operation, Maintenance and Guaranteed production.
