CSB works on three Major Segments of Rock Processing and Beneficiation in the Construction and Mining Industry.  These are :


A –  Fully configured Crushing Plants / Screening Plants / M-sand Plants / Custom Add-ons & Enhancements

This segment consists of the complete gamut of application engineering to configurating the plant and layout and Supply, Installation and Commissioning of the Plant. Although, we have majorly worked with Fully Built-in Mobile Plants on Tracks – we have  also been  involved in setting up a number of  stationary Plants.

CSB has installed over 550 Plants in Mining and Aggregates of capacities ranging from 100 TPH to 500 TPH involving Jaw Crushers, Cone Crushers, Impact Crushers, Screens besides a number of ancillary equipment viz., Interconnecting Conveyors, Stockpiling Systems, Loading Conveyors for Ships and Barges, Dust Control Systems etc. Some of the Equipment brands we have worked with are Sandvik, Extec-UK, Keestrack-Belgium, Edge Innovation- N. Ireland, Tesab- UK, etc.

Based on the extensive experience gained and to cover the major voids in application and efficient plant configuration, CSB has also been developing it’s own fully Mobile Crushing and Screening Plants with most advanced features. In this  range , while a few  Machines  have  been launched –  a number of  them  are in various  stages of  development  and  trials at Site.  These are Fully self-contained and Hybrid, that is operable with built in Engines and / or direct plug-in electricity. Such Plants are already working in the mines and have been received very enthusiastically by the industry due to it’s intrinsic built in advantages. A number of such plants  are  already on order  and  are  in various  process of  execution.
