The Service infrastructure works 24×7 and covers all areas of After Sales, Application and Service support to customers and also Technology upgradation of Older machines. This is done through our central workshop and multiple regional service bases and warehouses. At present, CSB Solutions has its Sales and Service infrastructure spread throughout India at strategic customer regions. Workshop and spare parts stockyard is based at Barbil (Odisha), Goa and Karnataka.
Service Engineers are strategically located at Odisha, Karnataka, Goa, Maharashtra besides our HO at NCR region in order to cover any location in India within 24 Hrs of receiving intimation. The Skills and exposure of this highly motivated team is constantly sharpened through regular global exposures and Training at our associates works / sites.
We understand that our customers have different servicing needs, that’s why we tailor each package individually, so they get the support they need, when they need it.
All Equipment and Plants supplied by us come with a recommended schedule for replacement parts . All regional Warehouses are adequately stocked with Critical Spares depending on the set of machines in operation in the region. We also offer three levels of service contract –
- Installation / Commissioning
- Health Checkups / Machine Inspections,
- Resetting of Machine Operating Parameters
- Overhaul / Repair / Updating / Modifications
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Running complete Operations and Maintenance of plant with Guaranteed Production targets
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
CSB operates a Strong Operation and Maintenance Platform for our customer to enable them leave the machines and operation to professionals and focus on the more important objectives. Our strong team of Highly experienced Service and After market Support team complemented by Group of Equipment Design & Application Engineers, well equipped central Workshop and service bases at various major customer sites – will take care of the machines and their targeted production 24×7 at customer sites.
All these are backed by over Two Decades of experience of working with the most advanced technologies and a wide variety of Material Globally.
CSB has been operating such Operation and Maintenance contracts since past many years – Both in India with some of largest Steel and Mining companies as well as in Gulf and Africa.
